During the Qingming Festival, the spring breeze is warm and the sunshine is bright. After a long period of continuous rain, when spring is warm and flowers are blooming, going out to play is undoubtedly the best way to restore body and mind, and relieve fatigue. To breathe the breath of spring, enjoy the care of nature, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the company, and cultivate the awareness of fitness and physical fitness among employees, the company organized a hiking and expansion activity for employees on April 9th. At 8 o'clock in the morning, the sunshine was bright and the willow branches were stretched out. Facing the morning sun and the warm spring breeze, the team set off from the company gate and walked towards their destination. During the hiking process, some people also experienced slow movements and physical exhaustion. With mutual encouragement and support, everyone still arrived at their destination - Jiuxianling at 10 o'clock according to the established plan. However, the newly built buildings, poetic countryside, and picturesque landscape along the way made everyone feel relaxed and happy. The warm and picturesque spring within reach, the strong hope brought by the rapid development of the city, and the zero distance and relaxed contact among colleagues all make every employee feel the warmth of the team, the longing for the future, and the passion for striving upwards.

 

 

Jiuxianling Forest Park is an ecological leisure and popular science education base for the De'an people, and an ecological functional service area on the important pivot of the integration of Changjiu. Jiuxianling covers an area of 134.1 hectares, with a forest coverage rate of 88%; It is a provincial-level forest park that integrates various functions such as forest sightseeing, health preservation, cultural leisure, and science popularization education. The daily passenger flow here reaches about 5000 people. In the park, tourists stroll leisurely in the courtyard, chat with each other, enjoy the flowers and scenery, and take photos while walking The relaxed smiles of each tourist, combined with the interplay of flowers and shadows, are truly breathtaking and hard to return to.

In the afternoon, the team played two team quality expansion games: "Blind Square" and "Sherlock Holmes Password Transmission".
The game "Blind Square" is mainly designed to exercise everyone's teamwork ability, as it reflects the cooperation and trust among team members. Only a team with leadership, cooperation, and initiative can be called a team. The game requires a team member to blindfold themselves, find the knotted rope hidden by another team member, then open the knot, and finally surround a square in the designated area.

 

 

 

The "Sherlock Holmes Code" game is designed to make everyone truly aware of the significance of establishing and revising institutional rules, as it requires sufficient communication to ultimately achieve team goals. The game requires all team members to line up in a row, and the partners in the front row cannot see the partners in the back row at all. The rear seat partner conveys information by tapping the front seat partner. The final evaluation criterion for the game is the degree of deviation between the information received by the front row partner and the starting information. The game will continue until 2pm in the afternoon. Throughout the process, team members deeply felt the necessity of collaboration and full communication in order to achieve team goals.

 

 

After the game, team members can freely move around, continue playing, or choose to go home, ending the expansion activity. Although everyone felt a bit tired, their mood was very cheerful because it increased mutual understanding and strengthened their expectations for communication and collaboration in future work.
